Join the Baltimore Frassati Fellowship and young adults from the Archdiocese of Baltimore for fellowship and a talk by Fr. John Paul Walker, OP, the Catholic chaplain of The Johns Hopkins University. The title of his talk is, "The Secret to Happiness."
This event is part of our six-week Theology on Tap series at The Greene Turtle in Fell's Point. The evening starts at 7 p.m. for a "happy half hour," followed by the talk with a chance for questions from the audience from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
Fr. John Paul Walker, OP is currently the Catholic chaplain and director of Catholic campus ministry at The Johns Hopkins University. He also serves as the associate pastor at Saints Philip and James University Parish, as an adjunct member of the seminary faculty at the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C., and as the spiritual advisor to the Baltimore Frassati Fellowship. In his talk, he will examine the often-vexing but never-ending quest for human happiness, asking the question of whether happiness is to be found in the world around us or in something deeper within.
