"Our help is in the name of the Lord, the maker of heaven and Earth." -Psalm 124:8 Father Jerome Zeiler, OP, became our third chaplain in August after Father John Paul Walker, OP, moved to New Haven, Connecticut, to become the new pastor of St. Mary’s Parish. We’ve enjoyed Father Jerome’s energetic leadership as our chaplain (including, but not limited to, repeated suggestions that we create an intramural sports league!), and his zeal for the New Evangelization. Next week, Father Jerome will depart from Baltimore for Columbus, Ohio, where he will serve as a parochial vicar at St. Patrick’s Parish. Our fourth chaplain will be Father Hugh Vincent Dyer, OP. This is the same Father Hugh Vincent whom several of you heard speak at our last Theology on Tap gathering in Fell’s Point in October, and who will serve as our retreat master in March! We look forward to working more closely with Father Hugh Vincent in our ministry. Thank you again, Father Jerome, and welcome, Father Hugh Vincent! Please pray for both of these friars, and please pray for our ministry, as we approach the five-year anniversary of our founding.
